Managing Complex Cases & Feeding Readiness in the Neonate *In Person

This class is free and intended for Providence Santa Rosa Memorial employees only.

During the class there will be a discussion the physiology of neonatal feeding, along with complex feeding challenges that accompany some patients. We will use videos to interpret signs of feeding readiness and discuss feeding strategies to implement at the bedside.

This course will also have time for hands-on positioning skills and feeding techniques.

Class is open to all disciplines & levels of learners welcome! Great for NICU, Postpartum & Pediatrics staff!

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registrant Cancellation and Non-Attendance

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at [email protected] 24-48 hours before the course start date.
• Registrants who do not attend the course and do not provide advance notice of cancellation ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.
• Refund eligibility is based on the date the cancellation request is received.
   

Course Cancellation by the Provider

• If the provider cancels a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified by email as soon as possible.
• Registrants may choose to transfer their registration to a future course (if available) or receive a full refund.
   

Refund Timeline

• Eligible full refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the approved cancellation request or provider cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
   

Please note: Registration fees are non-transferable to another individual unless approved by the provider.
