Class Information
This class is in-person and only intended for Queen of the Valley employees to attend.
Participants will:
- Identify the defining features of each level within the 5-tier EFM classification system.
- Apply the 5-tier EFM framework to classify fetal heart rate tracings in a variety of obstetric clinical scenarios.
- Integrate 5-tier EFM classifications into clinical decision-making to support timely interventions and optimize maternal-fetal outcomes.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registrant Cancellation and Non-Attendance
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at [email protected] 24-48 hours before the course start date.
- Registrants who do not attend the course and do not provide advance notice of cancellation ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.
- Refund eligibility is based on the date the cancellation request is received.
Course Cancellation by the Provider
- If the provider cancels a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified by email as soon as possible.
- Registrants may choose to transfer their registration to a future course (if available) or receive a full refund.
Refund Timeline
- Eligible full refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the approved cancellation request or provider cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
Please note: Registration fees are non-transferable to another individual unless approved by the provider.
