ALL disciplines are encouraged to join! Simulation is a safe (and fun!) way to rehearse low occurrence, high-stakes scenarios. The simulations will focus on increasing teamwork & communication, with the aim to reveal systems issues and create quality improvement within your unit.  Please wear scrubs!

Participants will:

• Perform team-based learning through simulation
• Utilize effective communication strategies
• Practice hands-on skills such as PPV, LMA insertion and drawing up emergency medications
