ALL disciplines are encouraged to join! We will go through multiple challenging perinatal & neonatal scenarios with “timeouts” to discuss care management and next steps. Please be sure to wear scrubs!

This class is free and intended for Adventist Health Clearlake employees only.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registrant Cancellation and Non-Attendance

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email at [email protected] 24-48 hours before the course start date.
• Registrants who do not attend the course and do not provide advance notice of cancellation ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.
• Refund eligibility is based on the date the cancellation request is received.
   

Course Cancellation by the Provider

• If the provider cancels a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified by email as soon as possible.
• Registrants may choose to transfer their registration to a future course (if available) or receive a full refund.
   

Refund Timeline

• Eligible full refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the approved cancellation request or provider cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.
   

Please note: Registration fees are non-transferable to another individual unless approved by the provider.
